How do I place an order?

We can find goCuffs for sale on this website (go-cuff.com), select retailer/ etailer partner sites around the country, as well as amazon .

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, a email confirmation is sent. After our warehouse prepares to ship your order, a label is created and for order over $20, tracking information is provided via email.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel your order by visiting MY ACCOUNT or sending us an email to hello@go-cuff.com

If your order has been received, we accept returns 30 days after receipt. Please reach out to customer service for return instructions. Allow up to 5 business days for the refund to return to your card.
